Served as lead U.S. technical consultant on a major multi-year Salesforce implementation at a global education services company. Pioneered structure, governance, and delivery methodology across 3 consulting partners and 50+ Salesforce professionals, acting as the central architectural authority and technical delivery lead. Mentored client architects and advised C-level stakeholders on roadmaps and ROI.
Most recently, designed, built, and deployed OpenClaw, a custom 15-agent AI orchestration system, to production. A real multi-agent AI platform, not a proof of concept, currently providing AI and tech-stack consulting value across active business engagements.
